Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro is confident that his club will win two titles this season, namely the LaLiga title and the European Champions League (UCL).
The LaLiga defending champions will return to action against Eibar in the league match tomorrow night, where they are currently third and six points behind leaders Atletico Madrid, with 10 games remaining this season.
The Los Blancos squad will also return to continental competition against Liverpool in the first quarter-final of the Champions League (UCL) in the middle of next week.
“Everyone knows how capable we are and what we can do,” Casemiro told TVE.
“We will fight to the end. We know it will be very difficult but we will try to win both championships.
“For Real Madrid, all matches are important. We are used to playing in big matches.
“We love to play in matches like this. First, we have to think about Eibar and then UCL and then the Clasico action (against Barcelona on April 10),” he said.
The Brazil international is also aware that Madrid, who have won three consecutive European championships from 2016 to 2018, will face a difficult task against Liverpool.
“It will be a beautiful match and determined based on the details.
“Whoever makes less mistakes will win. Liverpool have great players and this match will be like the UCL final.
“It’s a fun match and we want all the players to participate. We have to give everything in all the matches and not just against Barcelona.
“This is a match that when you win, it will give you a lot of encouragement to continue the season,” he added.
